Knowledge begins with why. For me it became a choice: growing vines in the mountains of Carnia and giving intuition a tangible form.
Since 2015 I have studied resistant grape varieties and their relationship with this place. Solaris, Sauvignon Kretos and Soreli offer three answers to one question: what future can take root here?
